Exceptional

Nice location and understand hotel...

Liked: The breakfast food was fine. The service was willing but very amateur and the dining room plain tables etc unwelcoming.
Disliked: The room was not clean: we had to ask for someone to come and clean the toilet when we arrived! The beds were not made in the morning. The bathroom sink was not cleaned after our first night either.

Excellent stay I will recommend...

Liked: The breakfast was very good sausages were very good quality the location was great for the front very easy to get to
Disliked: Nothing really for the money I paid I was very pleased

Disliked: The 1 hour time slot for breakfast, it was also too early if you wanted a lay in

Liked: Parking walking distance to shops and beach front and restaurants
Disliked: Nothing but still decorating property

Liked: Excellent breakfast and staff. I will definitely return in the future.

A cheerful relaxed place to...

Liked: Location for access to the pier excellent. Informal and relaxed atmosphere combined help yourself breakfast with tasty cooked breakfast. Room spacious enough.
Disliked: Disappointed not to see the completed interior decor. Looking cheerful so far.

A lovely hotel that shows...

Liked: The owners were lovely and very friendly. I'd booked a room with a bath. Initially put in one with just a shower, but room was changed with no hassle. Very close to the sea. Lovely little room. Breakfast was included which was nice. A nice lounge area near the breakfast room.
Disliked: Still putting finishing touches together, but I think owners had only just taken over. Felt comfortable in room, but also felt it needed a bit of TLC in places. I appreciate a big hotel so a big project. I think they are probably slowly getting through the rooms in terms of revamping.
