Liked: the staff was friendly, and the gentleman who was working the night desk was very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located far enough off of Bourbon Street that the noise isnt as bad as if you were staying at the Royal Sonesta, but close enough to party
Disliked: Not really, the staff was great, the room was clean, if I had to say one thing we didnt have the greatest view but then again youre in in another French Quarter in New Orleans in a hot hotel so I wasnt expecting much in that regard

Liked: Location, staff was very nice
Disliked: Bathroom has no water pressure, and something in central unit kept banging and waking us up.

Liked: The lobby, gym, and other public areas were modern, clean, and trendy. The location was great on the edge of the French quarter and warehouse district, perfect for both.
Disliked: The pictures shown on the website of the guest rooms are not at all representative of the standard rooms. Our room was just fine but not what we expected based on the pictures. The pictures of the bedrooms/washrooms were really unique and dramatic which is why we booked this hotel over another. The room we got was just an average hotel room with the view of a brick wall.

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel employee at the front desk was really helpful. He went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The rest of the staff was very pleasant as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Great location and accommodating staff.
Disliked: The room we were assigned was in desperate need of an upgrade. Smelled badly and wasn't really clean. Did not meet 4 star standards.
