Liked: It was a great location. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well stocked
Disliked: Some of the building was a bit run down and the windows were quite thin.

Liked: Outstanding staff and a lovely location.
Disliked: The only issues are parking and a lack of lift - neither of which they can do anything about, given the age and location of the building. And it is the age and location which serve to make this such a great hotel. Alongside the staff, who are really exceptional: from management to housekeeping, bar and restaurant.

Liked: Stayed in rooms in the courtyard part of the hotel across the road from the main building.A small double and a single which were immaculately clean.Very comfortable beds. The towels were lovely and soft and the toiletries were great.Some nice touches having a coffee machine plus biscuits provided.Good breakfast with friendly staff.Overall a great stay in this hotel.
Disliked: Parking at this hotel is limited but you can park overnight in nearby public carparks.
