Liked: Breakfast and evening meal were very good (quality of food)we had an amazing suite with separate beroom, lounge and kitchenservice for an early breakfast was very helpful on a sunday morning with excellent service
Disliked: Oue evening meal - the quality of the food was letdown by the service. Ony one of the servers really knew what they were doing - the restaurent service caved under the pressure of a busy dining room and became very poor. It was sad because it let down the food itself was very tasty

Liked: Wonderful place, beautiful setting, amazing food, excellent staff. Seriously could not fault the place. Can’t wait for the reopening next year.

Amazing location but begging for...

Liked: Excellent location, very good Sunday Roast and breakfast. Staff were great if not a bit tired at the end of the season.
Disliked: Building is end of life and needs a complete refit/significant improvement rooms have single glazing lots of moisture on inside of windows damp feeling in rooms felt old, cold and tired.

Relaxing in lovely location.

Liked: Location- in wooded valley very close to Tintern Abbey ; pleasant gardens , lots of space. The beds were huge and very comfy, also the bathroom. Nice touch to have little bottles of milk delivered. All staff pleasant, helpful and efficient. Very warm greeting from Michelle. Exceptional breakfast. Will come again. The pizzas from the pizza oven were great . Adequate at parking.
Disliked: Nothing.
