Liked: People were great, very helpful and courteous. room was nice, clean and spacious
Disliked: Breakfast was a little over-cooked. Meal at Our Father's Place was very badly delayed.

Liked: The restaurant/bar was convenient with very nice staff. After a number of calls, the manager resolved my concern, for which I am grateful.
Disliked: I stayed 3 nights while in town for a family event. The first two were fine. On the last one - before I was heading out for 14 hours of travel - the people in the room next door threw a party from 11:30-3:15. This party was so loud you could hear it clearly from the reception desk, so imagine what it was like in the room. There was a fire drill during this time. The party was louder than the fire drill (they didn't exit). We asked reception staff for assistance four times. I believe the last time was the only time they went to the room to have them quiet down. In the morning, I requested a refund for one night. The staff member could see all the notes from the staff the evening before, agreed it sounded awful and said she could give me 10,000 Hilton Points (market value $35). I said that wasn't satisfactory as I got no sleep, and she requested I call the manager later that day or Booking.com as I booked through them. I wasted a good amount of time on various phone calls and didn't get any assistance. Eventually Raj granted a refund for the night. Thank you.
