Beautifully preserved historic perfection!
Liked: Everything was lovely; sheer perfection!
Disliked: That I wanted to stay awake longer and revel in the peacefulness and beauty of the room, but it was so incredibly comfortable, I drifted into a blissful sleep quickly!

A true vacation feel in...
Liked: Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff and Inn Keeper (Kelly) all happy to help and make us feel at home. The little touches like hot drinks and chocolates added a luxurious touch. Audrey makes some of the best cookies I have ever had!

Liked: Incredibly lovely stay. This historic inn is simply beautiful and cozy. We had room 6, the garden suite and it was roomy and we'll decorated with a fireplace in the bedroom area. Breakfast was brought to the room and was delicious every morning. Kelly is the sweetest and made our stay unforgettable. We will be back!
Disliked: Rooms, service and breakfast

Great place to spend a...
Liked: Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Not too much, not too little. Excellent cheese omelet and the cinnamon croissants were heavenly. Didn't realize the Inn was so close to Kohler--that was another plus.
Disliked: It took a while for the hot water to kick in. Otherwise, no complaints!

Liked: Clean, comfortable room. Really nicely prepared breakfasts though wish they did offer some toast options on the side.
Disliked: There is no one on site full time, which isn't so much an issue except it's really hard to even reach someone by phone. Emails seem to be checked daily, but if you need more immediate assistance, you're not likely to be able to get in touch with anyone quickly. There was a discrepancy with the CC charge vs what I was quoted when I made the reservation. I left a message for the owner to call back a day ago but have not had a return call, so I just filed a dispute with booking.com. There's not really an open sitting/lounge area as you might find in typical B&Bs--in fact the layout of the building is a little odd. Wasn't much of an issue for us as we were out most of the time but something to keep in mind if that's something you look for. We barely saw any of the other guests or people during our entire stay.
