Great location just don’t expect...

Liked: Pleasant staff and newly updated accommodations. The location was ideal.
Disliked: Our room was next to the hotel restaurant/bar and patio which was extremely loud until 1:00AM. Difficult to sleep. Secondly, you had to request room service which we were not informed. So for over $1,100.00 per night we never got our room serviced.

Basic maintenance issues for high...

Liked: Beautiful facilities with coffee bar and lux restaurant on-site. Bikes were available to rent and location was within close walking distance to shops without being noisy. Manager on-site was extremely helpful.
Disliked: The first room we received was very small and under the roof so very warm, especially as the AC was broken upon arrival. There was also no hot water for several hours throughout the property. Staff was friendly but not particularly well-trained.

Disappointing

Liked: The food and service at Sister Ship, the dinner restaturant, was great. However making the reservation was a challenge because being late season, they kept changing their schedule.
Disliked: Not a good value. $500 per night, off season, for a small room and a tiny bathroom. Plus, the hot water didn't work for several hours and we couldn't shower before dinner.

Liked: The room was very cute, the bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: It was a little noisy underneath me, sounded like dish wear. I assume it’s just the old building and it really didn’t bother me.
