Room was nothing impressive. Staff was average. No one went over and above to make you comfortable. Feel bad because it was a gift to us and the person paid alot of money!

Disliked: Some of the staff weren’t friendly. And I was asked when confirming the reservation if there was a special occasion. I told them my birthday was the day I checked in. There wasn’t any kind of gift or concession.

Liked: I didn’t know that “Brand Ritz Carlton “ has a budget hotel in Boston.
Disliked: It’s not at all a five star property. And anybody can go in the morning to breakfast area to see that the property has no interest in hosting its guests.
