A cozy space with great...

Liked: The amenities are really great here! Our family loved all our time at the pool and playing in the game room for a little spring break weekend.
Disliked: Our room was a little tight for all of us. The bathroom was not super clean… not sure how much of that is from the age of the Hotel though. But there was definitely hair left in the drain from the people before us.

Pleasant Estes Park Stay

Liked: We did not use any of the facilities other than the sitting area at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and appropriate. Although we did not eat breakfast, it appeared sufficient. The only real complaint is that none of the ice machines worked, which required us to visit the front desk to get ice.

Liked: The front desk staff were so helpful and went out of their way with excellent customer service. I really appreciated the amenities. The game room with unlimited no-cost video games, pool, fuse ball, and packman was so much fun. Pool area had great party lights and big screen so parents could watch the game while kids played in pool. At night we enjoyed hanging out in the common areas as a group. The free Starbucks coffee and flavored water was such a nice touch! I would definitely come again!
Disliked: Music in the bar was slightly too quiet.

Liked: What we liked about the property were the amenities. The pool, game room and fire pits were fun for our family.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact I was charged an additional $15 fee for each night for the amenities. They give you a so called complimentary s’mores kit. Yet they charge you for it. I would’ve rather had all of the fees included in my total price when I booked not to receive an unexpected amount that I had to pay for after I had already paid for my room. The breakfast was not worth $17.49 a person thankfully it was included in my room but they tried to have people pay that amount and the food was basic.

Liked: Everything was fine. The staff was lovely.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the complimentary breakfast we were told was included when we booked under the Ridgeline hotel had actually become a $17 pp buffet under the holiday inn.

Liked: The location of the facility to the downtown area as well as the location of our event. The onsite restaurant, areas of lounging, the pool with projection screen, but my wifes favorite was the complementary smores kit. The staff was fantastic friendly and helpful
Disliked: nothing!

Disliked: I didn't like that with the booking. com said that the reservation would stay the same with the hotel being changed. The hotel didn't give us free breakfast and the cost was 17.95 for a just a okay meal.
