Great hotel and facilties but...

Liked: The hotel is lovely, a great location, clean spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the museum district, many restaurants, and ashort walk from the tube station (South Kensington and Knightsbridge).
Disliked: The only aspect that leaves me frustrated is the swimming facilities, they were extra on top of the rather expensive room. Plus, swimming was only open to children during certain hours. Booking.com made no mention of the charge (like they do with breakfast). This was a failure of booking.com as the hotel does mention the charge for use of the health club.This was a huge disappointment as it added a further 30 gbp each time we visited the pool. During the hottest days in London, I had hoped to cool down with my children at the end of a hard day's sightseein but my children could not enter after 3pm!

A fantastic Hotel

Liked: Scott the Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly when we had a bit of a travel mishap in trying to get back to Heathrow for our flight. He reassured us and organised a private transfer which arrived within 10 minutes. Have been to this Hotel several times and will definitely return.

Liked: Location ,Location. Very simple.check in on line, which was excellent, and the checkout on line is really good,no hanging around.All staff we met were friendly, professional, and courteous

Superb

Liked: Superb location across the road from the V&A and a short walk to South Kensington station accessing the District/Circle and Piccadilly lines. South Kensington offers a wide array of din8ng options within 10 minutes walk.Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is great and the staff are extremely helpful.
