Liked: customer service good at registery and guys at valet
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was very slippery and felt dangerous - we think a no slip mat would have helped. We could not take a shower.

At $145/per night, breakfast and parking should be included.
Liked: Beautiful hotel. Excellent, pretty location. Extra plus for the Starbucks in the lobby area!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast which is normally served as part of your stay at other hotels. Valet to park at the hotel was $15 per night extra. Never heard of that.

Liked: Beautiful lobby, restaurant, bar, etc.
Super friendly staff!!
Disliked: Room was just okay. Certainly didn?t meet the standards of the rest of the hotel. I was expecting something really beautiful.

Liked: The entrance is grand. It?s truly beautiful until you go up to the rooms. The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Parking is horrible unless you want to pay for valet. Room hall and rooms are outdated and run down. It?s like going from glamorous high end spa resort to day rate motel. Tv in the room turned on but didn?t have any channels. The walls are thin and although my room was at the end of the hall I heard doors open and close for hours. I had to turn music on my phone to drown out the sound just to fall asleep. For $200/night I expected a lot better.
