Liked: The Location with one of the few beaches in Key West was nice. Grounds were very nice and well maintained.
Disliked: Cleanliness was ok. Staff was inefficient and frankly indifferent toward their customers generally speaking.

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Bathroom layout was weird. The toilet was in front half of the sink therefore felt cramped at the sink/vanity area. There was a broken mini fridge left out in our hallway the whole time we were there. Hallways looked old and outdated.

Liked: Staff was phenomenal and always willing to help with every need large or small Hotel and grounds are beautifully maintained. Views are priceless
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: This hotel was fully booked and the rooms were not as described it said room with a view, well the view was 3 houses and 1 dumpster. Not a view for Key West.

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The hotel room was very clean! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant/bar area was breathtaking. It was a short walk to shopping areas and restaurants.
Disliked: The view from the room was ok, but wish it was better. It was a far walk from the elevator to the room. The room was expensive.

Liked: The restaurant and private beach
Disliked: The showers were small and didn’t get warm quickly, also the handle fell off when I tried to turn it on. The elevator and other parts of the property were dirty and not kept well.
