Hotel public areas were good. Morse bar was good. Parking was a bit dear, but OK. Breakfast was as expected, but my room let it all down.

Disliked: Room view wasn't! Room was less quality than what I expected for the money. In fact, I am sure I was given an ordinary room.

Disliked: - half used toiletries in the bathroom as we arrived, and no sign of Penhaligon that was mentioned in the booking- room accessibility: extra flight of stairs required to get to the suite, this time not mentioned in the booking - breakfast: spent 15 mins waiting for someone to order drinks, by that time was last 30mins of breakfast and barely any food left. Surprisingly, no more food was put out by the hotel staff, so we ended up eating leftovers.- room temperature. It was set to 16 degrees when we arrived!
