Disappointing for the cost of...

Liked: Good location. Comfiest bed ever.
Disliked: It was advertised as including wine/ champagne for guests in the suite. I specified that I don’t drink wine but do like champagne. After 4 hours and having to contact reception I was given a bottle of Prosecco ( not champagne as advertised) and 2 small flutes which were not particularly clean. Not even an ice bucket. On a previous visit , staying in the same suite we were given 2 free drinks for the bar, which didn’t happen this time. The room was , however, more expensive this time than last.

Disliked: Was disappointed as the front entrance and public areas were having work done, this was not indicated at booking. My friend and I were treating ourselves, so let down by this in combination with price of room
