Liked: Location, food!
Disliked: Only two complaints…..Rooms seemed very clean other than tile floors. Had I not been barefoot all the time, I would not have realized how black my feet were from my room floor every day. You really notice it when you just get out of the shower and your feet are soon black though you never leave your room. Beach bar service typically didn’t extend to chairs and umbrellas set up on the water in front of the building, though I specifically asked twice. There was a female 2 days who took great care of us but males did not seem to bother going to that area on their days, though it’s part of their chair and umbrella area set up. Not a huge deal to walk yourself to the bar for food, drinks, or water, but you pay a $56 resort fee each day to include that service. I heard others complaining about that, especially older people who didn’t want to have to get up.

Liked: I stayed at Pier House 20 years ago at the recommendation of a colleague. I was traveling w my adult daughter this time and wanted to stay somewhere safe and private and clean and I knew I could count on Pier House. It is a treasure with its many offerings and is a welcome luxurious respite from the activities along Duval St and beyond.
Disliked: We weren't there long enough.

Liked: Breakfast, location, beach, pool all wonderful, but the couples massage at the spa was amazing.
Disliked: The bed was noisy and there was no microwave in the room

Liked: The staff was friendly, the accommodation comfortable (especially the beds!), secured parking and a central location. The pool and the surrounding area looked tempting, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. We are sure that the view from the hotel is beautiful when the sun sets, but we still went a few steps to the pier.

Best vacation trip I’ve had...

Liked: Loved the resort and all they had to offer, and close to everything walking distance was just blocks.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like maybe just having to leave to come home
