Shocking service

Disliked: Do not book this hotel! Since the new year, the hotel has been closed for bookings and turned into a refugee center. Would have been nice if booking.com told me, instead of turning up at midnight after a long day to find out you have nowhere to sleep.

Superb

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The little bar area downstairs was quaint and comfortable. Good sized car park.
Disliked: Nothing to report. Only stayed 1 night as a stopover.

Lovely

Liked: such a beautiful place nice and clean beds comfortable too
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t great could be better we’ve stayed here a few times now went to book again and they are now closed such a shame :(

We stayed there to celebrate...

Liked: The room was first class, bar service was excellent. I would be very happy to stay here again. Unfortunately I have heard the Hotel is closing down to become a fefuge for assylum seekers and the homeless.Why on earth is this happening.
Disliked: I have no criticisms it well outclassed my expectations, I am sad to learn of its future.The hotel has been in business for many years and is an important part of the history of Dunstable.
