Liked: Very cool hotel, great decor, comfy bedroom and nice bathroom. Perfect location in a quiet part of town.

Liked: Very cute decor, room was very clean, location was perfect, late check out, literally a 10/10 experience.
Disliked: Our room was small(which is not an issue for us). I paid extra for a room with a window, but the window was not worth it. All we could see out of it was an alleyway.

Liked: We enjoyed the C and L restaurant the customer service was excellent. The staff of this restaurant were very attentive and could train the hotel staff on how to be more attentive to their guest.
Disliked: My husband and I arrived at about 1pm and were told our room wasn't ready but to go have lunch and explore. We did that! after we returned to check in our room at about 3:21 and were told it was still too early because check-in was at 4 pm. My husband and I sat and watched several families walk in and check in without hesitancy. I became frustrated @ exactly 03:59 I asked again if my room was ready and was told not quite, but the clerk would check with her manager. ???? I was so confused. We were then told the room was ready and on the second floor, the Room didn't have a functioning window, no outside light could enter.. also the place is quite old, the floors were squeaky and creeky and the walls were fragile. I feel the stay was quite a disappointment and I would've had more success sticking to my traditional hotel chain stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because of very poor customer service that aren't aligned with the advertisement.
