We stayed at the Northwick Hotel because it is convenient for the Regal Cinema just a short walk away. We didn't know what to expect but were very pleasantly surprised; the staff were friendly and helpful; the room was spacious and warm and the full English Breakfast was first class.

Liked: Was a nice place to stay.
Disliked: The property was fine. No problems. But the location Evesham Town centre was really run down. The shopping centre The Waterside closed down. Not what I expected so close to the Cotswolds

Just don't go there

Liked: Good parking, somewhere to walk my dog, Disabled room in the courtyard
Disliked: Nobody informed me that the kitchen was closed due to no chef for dinner. Having driven up from Torquay I wanted something to eat and I was told there were plenty places in town. Being disabled and having a dog this was not an option. I asked if they could order a pizza for me and was told No. No food, no drinks. There was no mattress or pillow protectors. The whole place is shabby, dirty in a state of dis-repair. Food spillage on the bedside table, filthy carpets.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast OK. Car park included.
Disliked: The room was Spartan. Only one chair so awkward to sit. Room at the end of several corridors and up and down many steps.

Disliked: Had problems with the key fob to access the hotel. The receptionist could not reprogram the fob and we had to wait until the next day.
