Disappointing

Liked: Great, central location near underground and central London. Easy and safe to walk around.
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, room gets quite hot. No washing machine as advertised on here.

Incridible!

Liked: For my very first alone trip it was amazing! Pia was very polite and welcomed me well. Very clean! Also loved how polite everyone was. Will definetly stay again.
Disliked: The only time I went to the bathroom the cleaning ladies wanted to go there. Then I went to another one and they followed me. So I tried to go to the other one and they followed me again. I just needed 5 minutes alone in the loo and couldn't make it, so I just left and left home earlier.

Regular visitor to this hostel

Liked: I've stayed here before on several occasions, so I know it is a safe place to stay. Also asked for a lower bunk due to back pain, and I was given bed 6, on lower bunk, which helped too.
