Never again!!!

Liked: It was a lovely mansion house with good parking
Disliked: The bed was horrendously uncomfortable, the creaking of the floor kept us awake with the other guests walking around, the walls were soo thin we heard the neighbouring guests talking g about their life lol.The biggest issue we found with the place was that there was no actual hotel staff there after 10pm!! The doors to the main house weren’t even locked at night just left open!!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent well worth the money. The Room was warm but some of the furniture needs to be updated but apart from that a very nice Stay.

Disliked: Bit more room in the bar area for sitting before dinner and slightly cramped in breakfast serving area but no real concerns

Liked: We expected breakfast to be included in the price when the room.When we arrived to be told that we had booked a room only was a shock to us. We did get it sorted out eventually but it did cause us quite a bit of stress so we were not too happy about this otherwise the stay was satisfactory.

Liked: Evening meal excellent, Continental breakfast excellent, cooked breakfast not worth the extra money.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 12.30 am , no staff on site and not informed of the procedure. Morning staff unsware that fire alarm had gone off?
