Looking forward to the refurb...

Liked: Location is very good, although we originally booked the main hotel approximately a year ago, we were emailed in March/April time, that due to refurbishment we could cancel or move to,the townhouse or Finchley accommodation. I would like a chance to return to the main hotel after refurbishment. That said good location and ladies serving breakfast and the night reception team all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Harder to find than expected, maybe user error? Room very small for 5 star, some tiles missing from shower enclosure and the level of cleaning in bathroom didn’t look great. Water in room looked to be already opened ( reception did replace and gave us breakfast tea bags that were also missing). Bed missing one caster, net curtain hanging off and some dubious stains on the bumper blanket on the bottom of the bed. Overall nearer three star in feel than five!
