Disappointing

Liked: The proximity to St Pancras International railway station
Disliked: We called the phone number for help to see if they had a crib for our granddaughter and there was no reply. It wasn’t like staying in a hotel. The beds weren’t very comfortable. There was no plug in the tiny sink. It was quite noisy

Passable

Liked: The location is excellent and the sign in at reception was smooth. The location was quiet so a good nights sleep. The cost was acceptable for what you got.
Disliked: The room was small and the light switch meant you had to get out of bed to turn the light off. The door has a window in it so night time light came through into the room from outside.

Superb

Liked: Great location, easy access and perfect for the short stay that I needed. Would highly recommend, and will certainly use again.

Not good enough compared to...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Rooms were small and beds poor - sheet didn’t even fit the bed. Staff ok - the room we were initially given was a ridiculously small basement room which stank of cigarettes. When we asked to change the staff member on duty was very helpful and moved us to a first floor room. However this was still of a low standard and we would not stay there again.

Disliked: Very compact, narrow staircase coupled with absence of a lift

Superb

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and the rooms come with a hairdryer.
Disliked: The WiFi doesn't work on the top floor, and the stair lights were off when I returned in the evening which felt dangerous.

Very nice

Liked: Lovely room, small & compact but has all you need for a night or 2. Very close to King's Cross Station. Would definitely use this hotel again.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was fine 🙂

Disliked: Tiny room more like a .shed..No room for bedside table or bedside light.Only one cup , no water glass.Light coming through glass panes in door .No ventilation. No wifi . Not a hotel room - it was KX rooms ?
