Liked: Property was not very clean, dust on all shelves and window ledges in the bars, nothing lifted to clean under or behind you could see and smell dust everywhere, Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there, food was not as good as other restaurants in Broadway, Spa was underwhelming. All in all would not return

We had a good time and were able to relax.

Disliked: We didn't like having to walk through the dining room to get to our room, but accept it's a quirk of an old building.

Fabulous relaxing stay. We wont rush back due to the prices.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and there was an excellent range of food. Really comfortable room. Hotel spotless throughout. We used the spa which was fabulous.
Disliked: Expensive. Yes the Lygon is great but prices feel too high, especially when they add an extra service charge to every item.
