Liked: Likes: Beautifully designed and renovated guest rooms and 3rd floor lobby area, friendly staff, breakfast included.
Disliked: Dislikes: Elevator shared with sports club, No doorman outside where there are many homeless roaming around, 1st Floor Lobby feels out of place, convenient location but not the safest outside. Potential to become 4 Star if few glitches can be resolved.

Liked: The facilities were excellent. Gym, spa, breakfast, and public areas all appointed beautifully. Really great. Coffee and packaging in room fully compostable... ace work!! No recycling bin to separate in the room... please add one in if you?re serious.
Disliked: Think the room could have been updated with nicer soft furnishings, add-in some USB ports, update the painting in the bathroom, close off the ice machine so it doesn?t make loads of noise in the Hall, and add in some newer gym equipment.

Liked: The room was large and beautiful with wonderful touches like the gorgeous LAAC embroidered velvet cushion and some lovely objets d?art. The toiletries are first rate (Bigelow?s) and the breakfast lovely as well. (Both the food and the service.)
Disliked: There was one problem: you need a degree in engineering to work the shower: I found out after two mornings with cold showers that you need to set the temperature of the water before you switch from bath to shower... I had never encountered that before. I did complain to the front desk after the first bad experience, but nobody explained to me how to work the shower properly. I think it is silly for a property of this level to have such a system and to not explain it to the guests.
