Overall stay was great, staff...

Liked: We loved everything about the property, the room was in nice shape, they have a swim up bar, and the entertainment was amazing.
Disliked: When we got home the next day I looked at my receipt and was charged an extra $240. I immediately called to find out they charged for a pet deposit and was told we had left pet damage. We in fact didn’t bring g any pets which I explained to them, and that we barely were even in our room as we came with the band to watch one of our friends play. I asked for a picture of the so called damage, they send me a small picture where you can’t even tell that it was our room or what’s in the picture. The only thing we could come up with is it possibly appears to look like rat poop. I explained this wasn’t us, and that I would be disputing the charge, and never heard back from them.

Disliked: Should provide breakfast as they are charging 273 for their room for 2 nights I am still waiting for my incidental fee back ! Not good enough

Liked: Very nice. Rooms were clean, bed was nice.
Disliked: Not much for a breakfast. Resort fee that they tacked on later should have been included in the room price. The total cost was not what was stated. Poor way to advertise. Probably will not use this motel again.

Disliked: We had to switch rooms, the bathtub, phone and hvac system were all broke and didn't work in the 1st room. The second room just wasn't that clean, leftovers from the people that stayed were scattered places in the room like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

Liked: I liked the closeness to the Encore Bar/Restaurant. That's all I liked. I did not try out any of the other amenities.
Disliked: No breakfast, even though it was advertised/promised even listed in the amenities list in my room. When I asked about it, I was told there was only yogurt and coffee. I paid for breakfast but did not get it. I was there for 3 days. I also had room problems, the first night,. the bathtub did not drain & only lukewarm water (not hot). I had to be moved to a different room in a different building. Then the next room I was moved to had NO closet. NO place to hang shirts/pants on hangar. When I asked about it, I was told I had a small metal bracket that could hang down and coat hangers could hang off. Once I found that, (on the wall next to the TV, I had to go back and ask for hangars. I have stayed all over the world, but never seen this. It was similar to a plant hanging hook that one would place on a wall to hang a plant from.
