Definitely not worth the price.

Liked: It was clean. Good amount of parking.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't close, the walls were paper thin (with other guests speaking loudly at 5 am), and the breakfast was "self serve" toast and cereal with a note to clean up after yourself. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a pile of marshmallows.

Liked: Rooms were good, location OK. Communications and the way to enter the property were very good. Parking was also good.
Disliked: The stay was nice, rooms were very comfortable. But breakfast was quite disappointing. It is called bed & breakfast, but the second part was less than stellar. There was fruit and Granola bars. But the coffee grinder did not work, there was just a little instant coffee. The oatmeal and cereal was past the expiration date. There was bread, but almost no butter, no jam, no honey, dried out cream cheese, no eggs. It would cost so little to fix this. Maybe have individual packages for jam and butter, or yoghurt.

Liked: It is a cute little property. The host provides you with multiple breakfast options. The host stays in the basement and he lets out his other rooms.
Disliked: This property was little expensive I feel. We paid $180 for one night. This place is not walkable to the niagra falls. We used uber/lyft.

Liked: The place was really clean and updated. I liked having a designated parking spot. Our host was super friendly. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends

Liked: Super friendly host Roman an his dad. Very comfortable and close too attractions.
Disliked: Self serve breakfast.

Liked: We were disappointed with breakfast.
Disliked: We did not get the personal code prior to our trip. Had difficulty getting the code from management.

Liked: Quiet. Off street parking
Disliked: Breakfast was up to you to make. Some basics supplied, but preparing coffee and breakfast and clean up left to guests. Not what I expected from a "B and B". Not genuinely walkable to falls as suggested.
