Liked: Great location, walked to the square for shopping & dinner. LOVED the heated floor in bathroom & vanity area. Excellent breakfast with many options, plus it was available from 6:30-9:30. (Even my teen that slept late was able to make breakfast!)

Liked: Location. Property was clean.
Disliked: Upon check in we were told pool was unavailable yet we saw people coming and going into the pool building. Also, lobby was undergoing renovations so changed how to come and go to our room. Lobby wasn’t available to gather so people were gathering in dining area which was just outside our door and would become very loud.

A great luxury hotel

Liked: lovely , historic hotel with luxury amenities. The hotel restaurant was pretty awesome and reasonably priced for the quality. The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Jackson.
Disliked: The only thing i would change- put a higher wattage lightbulb in the high hats over the vanity and maybe a light in the closet.

If I ever make it...

Liked: Airport shuttle was great. The ski shuttle was nice, but limited times and room. That's being picky. Included breakfast was very convenient as well

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Rooms were kept very tidy.
Disliked: Having to walk up the stairs with my luggage. The pool/hot tub were outdated and the ceiling fan panels in there were incredibly dirty.
