Liked: The staff. That's it.
Disliked: Although the staff were sensational the over all visit was below expectations. I needed the wheelchair lift and it was broken. I was there for 9 days and still this could not be fixed. The beds were horrible. For the price of $200 a night I expected a hot breakfast not toast and cereal. A pool would of been great to see, the view was horrible I looked at a parking lot and a garage, the otherside is a view of the road not what expected being on an island.

Liked: - Close to Bal Harbour mall
Disliked: - Outdated hotel, old rooms, small and old bathrooms- Windows are dirty, kind of rusty, with a view on a parking lot- Neighbors were loud and smoking in the room. - In Europe this would be a 2 star hotel- Totally overpriced at 300 dollars per night

Great quality for a good...

Liked: I loved basically everything. Breakfast is simple, but tasty. Hotel is now new but it is very clean. Our rooms was big and comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice, always smiling. We really love the 24/7h coffee availability and of course wine happy our was a really nice surprise the we happily took advantage off ;-)
Disliked: Some people may find the air condition noise outside a little bit disturbing, but it didn't bother us at all. We really enjoyed the hotel.

Liked: It was a comfortable place but a little dated
Disliked: They allow people to smoke cigarettes and cigars just outside the front entrance in a seating area. Not pleasant smell when you go out in the mornings for a walk or to have a cup of copy. When the wind blew it made the front lobby smells like cigarettes.
