Liked: It’s right on the beach.
Disliked: We had to switch our rooms due to shower being clogged, and the room we got switch to the blanket on the bed had red stains.

Disliked: The facility was a little run down and the main grotto pool is freezing until at least mid July

Liked: I liked that the property had beach access and was on the beach. I also like the fact that there were two pools and offered a restaurant, beach grill, and activities for the kids on the resort.
Disliked: I did not like that I did not get the poil view balcony room that I had booked. Instead I was put in the “Motel 6” room that was on the property. I did not like the fact that it was like two hotels in one with the accomodarions. There were rooms with balconies that overlooked the beach and also rooms that overlooked the pool. The “Motel 6” side rooms was just 2 foors with no elevator. Traveling to the beach with kids in tow, we had to park in the parking garage, tow our luggage down a flight if stairs, cross the parking lot and then up another flight of stairs and down the hall to get our things to our room. I felt like I was scammed with this room as I was expecting what I booked and paid for, which was a balcony room overlooking the waterfall pool. Incredibly dissappointing. Also, it was never mentioned in the description nor when checking in that there would be a charge of $25 per day for parking our one vehicle to stay.

Liked: The location next to the Boardwalk is fantastic - which is where we got several dinners. The heated pool was very nice, but needed more chairs. My kids loved the smores event one of the nights. The onsite laundry worked very well, and the rooms were spacious with a dorm fridge/freezer and microwave.
Disliked: They didn't have the right size sheets for all of the beds! I had full size sheets that they attempted to tuck in over the top of the queen mattress covering as much as possible. I'm tall, so I could feel that it stopped before it ran over the edge at the top and the bottom. While not a deal breaker for our experience -- I consider this very far from acceptable. Also, the food options on site were lacking greatly and the unheated pool was not very clean -- so many things floating on the surface. Many of the activities didn't seem to happen, or were way oversold. We never found either outside movies -- maybe cancelled due to wind and temp, but nothing was communicated -- and the glow party was just 4 sets of cornhole set out with some lights and live music you could hear from the nearby bar.
