Liked: Love the pantry with excellent coffee machine and every little snack you could want :)

Could have stayed somewhere else

Liked: Modern, clean when I arrived. Free snacks.
Disliked: No one cleaned our room after our first night and no was was there when we first checked in. Feels like an airbnb and the prices do not reflect what you get. I felt like I was living in some random person’s house. It did not feel personalized or client centered at all. It just a nice looking house thats about it.

Liked: Beautifully decorated and atmospheric hotel. The bed was gigantic and very comfy, and the room more spacious than anticipated. Despite being fully booked, the house felt quiet and private. The snack bar was fully loaded every day - a real treat. Location was fantastic; very easy to explore the city by foot. Staff were readily available throughout our stay, and nice to communicate with.
Disliked: We stayed for three nights, and would have liked our room tidied and bed made up everyday without having to request it. Our bed was made up after our first night, but trash wasn’t taken away. The bathroom had no space for wet bath towels to be hung to dry, which was a bit of a nuisance.

Beautiful trendy and historic property...

Liked: Beautiful property Feels like you are at home or a relatives home visiting. Really thoughtful unique furnishings, lovely room, great breakfast spread and coffee.
Disliked: The noise could use some workRunners on the stairs, oil on the door hinges and something to slow the door down so it can’t be slammed would make a HUGE difference.

Liked: Very welcoming , lovely room all accommodation is individual , quirky and decorations excellent and interesting
Disliked: Parking is first come first served which is not great but manageable if you are unlucky - don’t be put off because of it
