No communication that this hotel...
Disliked: This property has apparently been sold and right up to arrival, we had no idea that we had been relocated to another hotel. After a long flight, we weren't happy that we had to find this out at the last moment. Luckily, we then found out that our booking had been transferred to another hotel called Ommaroo Hotel which was a nice comfortable hotel also overlooking the bay of St Helier with lovely staff. So, our first trip to Jersey turned out positive in the end.

Disgusted with booking.com as no...
Liked: Hotel ceased trading and booking.com did NOT notify us however hotel Oomeroo stepped in and were perfect.
Disliked: As above hotel ceased trading and was not notified

A lovely experience

Disliked: Size of room quite compact , for 5 days.

Good, clean hotel which catered...
Liked: Breakfast included cereals, pastries as well as a Full English and Eggs Benedict. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight, but it was free of charge and located close to the hotel.
