This place is a cute little B&B right in the middle of downtown. Perfect location for a show at the Fillmore, which is what we were in town for. Walking distance to the show. Note that you are in downtown Denver - which was completely fine for us - I never felt unsafe, but if the urban community is not your thing, this isn't the location for you. However, if you can loosen up a bit, this place is a gem. Your hostess is friendly and welcoming, the place is quaint and well kept. I even snuck down at 11:00 that night and got some chocolate chip cookies from the table :) - just like home. Actually better than home, I don't make cookies that good! The breakfast is wonderful and the coffee is hot and waiting for you. Give this place a try, I don't think you will be disappointed! I won't stay at a cookie cutter hotel again :) We will definitely return to this B&B!

Liked: Location was great for the Fillmore; Clementine the black Labrador was adorable; hostess was great; pancake was awesome!
Disliked: None

Would not stay again or...

Liked: Easy check in and great location.
Disliked: The room was ok but the beds were uncomfortable. The worst part was the bathroom which had not been cleaned properly. There were hairs all over the floor. In the shower was more hair and stains by the drain. Very disappointed.

Sucked. We didn't get any...

Liked: It would have been nice if it actually HAD breakfast. The room was okay.
Disliked: The location was horrible. You couldn't even see it from the street because of the overgrown foliage. The staff were lazy. If you knocked on the door they did not answer because the office door was closed - but if you called they came out. Their room was dirty and disgusting. We were upset to find out there wasn't a breakfast service available. The other house guests came in drunk and loud and could not get their "key" to work. Kept trying to put in a code and kept knocking on our door to help them. The woodwork on the flooring going into the room was completely off and I twisted my ankle when I stepped on it and it rolled away. I literally fell on the floor. The kitchenette was kind of nice...but only one mug for coffee...and no coffee there at all. There were two of us and I drink tea, but no sugar or creamer. It was a train wreck and not very well managed.
