Exceptional

Overall a nice place to...

Liked: The Periwinkle room had a separate entrance which we liked and the room was clean and spacious. Brewery, restaurants close by and the Publix across the street was very convenient.
Disliked: It was loud being in that area and we were woken up by trash removal trucks before 7. The neighboring company the room faces wasn't all that quiet either. Coffee is a Keurig and not freshly brewed as we thought. A fridge in the room would have been nice but there was one downstairs in the community room.

Ok but wouldn't do again...

Liked: The location was central but not pretty. It's across the street from a Publix, so that was convenient. It's not really walkable to the main area in FM. The main issue was there was no breakfast at a B&B, and the opposite was advertised on Booking.com. It's a cute place and the room was nice, but it was upsetting to pay $750 for 4 people to be in a room and no breakfast at a B&B. Plus there was a cancellation fee if you cancelled after finding out about no breakfast.
Disliked: How about breakfast at a bed and breakfast? Or at least changing your listing on Booking.com to be accurate?

Disliked: Bed lumpy, no water pressure. OH, and NO food!! No breakfast available. Lies about being a B&B. Just an overpriced room. We were scammed. $700 for two nites after taxes and then had to go somewhere to breakfast. Used booking.com, which mentions nothing about not being a Bed and Breakfast.

Liked: great location,very comfortable
Disliked: the advertise as a B&B but we received a notice that they would have a continental breakfast instead when we arrived there was a notice there would be no breakfast but an adjustment to our account to reflect this. I inquired but we never did receive an adjustment. There was no staff

Lovely place for our purpose.

Liked: It was the first time we have stayed at a B&B. We didn't really know what to expect, so it was a little strange to know we were eating breakfast with others in such an intimate setting, so we did not partake. The room was very comfortable and the entrance to the outside was appreciated, as we were in town for a work party and knew we would be out late. The bathroom was beautiful and the beds for comfortable. We would stay there again under the same circumstances. The house was lovely and very well kept.
Disliked: The temperature of the room was a little warm for my liking but the fans in the rooms were strong and helpful. Check out procedures would have been helpful. It was very easy but we were unsure of what you expected at check out.
