Good
Liked: Hotel was fine.
Disliked: Very mixed rules on eating and drinking due to COVID-19, they need to sort it out or close the doors.

A decent one night stay
Liked: The location of the property was good as I was only staying in Tamworth to go to Dosthill Quarry. Sue the host was very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: Certain things including breakfast weren?t available as the building was under construction.

Very good
Liked: Great welcome, very friendly, nothing was to much trouble.room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was fine. But a total refurb of hotel oppositeObviously made the view a bit dull.

Liked: Art the owner was the Fantastic host and a must is his restaurant and bar . Will be going back with a large group ?

Would not stay there again.
Liked: Location was OK.
Disliked: The place was a building site !!! Car parking on Saturday night was impossible. Heating in bathroom was turned off on 2nd day and I had to ask to have it turned on again.

Disappointing
Liked: The bed was comfy, plenty of cupboards and drawers. Good heating. The member of staff we spoke to was friendly and polite.
Disliked: Nobody serviced the room properly, the bed was never made. Had to ask for coat hangers and toilet roll
The bathroom was very dated indeed. Brown suite, shower off the taps. The floor constantly squeaked. Glasses in the bathroom dirty. Cups for coffee one chipped. TV too small for room couldnt see it from the bed. Renovations going on so problems in the car park getting in and out.
