Liked: We stayed here on our mini moon! The staff were amazing so friendly and hospitable. The hotel had the most amazing facilities including a complimentary pantry, record players in the rooms and the comfiest bed in the world. Every single staff member we came into contact with was amazing! And having parking in York centre was a bonus!

Liked: Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Not far to walk into the centre of York.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all clean.The Pantry on the landing was a nice idea - free crisps, soft drinks and sweets.
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room would not work. No teabags or coffee in room.

Disliked: Not a complete downside but housekeeping was a bit hit and miss with bins not emptied or things being left untouched
