Liked: Outstanding staff.

Disgusting room. Yellow stains on the sheets. The non smoking room reeked of nicotine the moment I arrived. No way to open a window. The staff was not willing to accommodate. Bed was as hard as a rock. I checked out at 2:30am and drove home! I was not offered another room - she refused to give me a receipt and I asked for the manager to call me and I never received a call. I will never recommend this hotel and I feel like the $105 I spent on the room was a rip off. Spend the extra $10 or $20 to get a hotel that gives 2 cents for their guests.

Liked: Vintage hotel has a pinch of charm if it was cleaned properly.
Disliked: Non Smoking hotel that smells like nicotine; stains on sheets; uncomfortable bed. Poor service.

Liked: Really liked the location and Olympia is lovely . The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Room was a great size and loads of info on Olympia was avaliable in the lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited and Juice was out of order.The room felt dark with all lights on. The microwave in room did not turn as was broken and the main light in the bathroom got very hot and had a very low ceiling which did not feel very safe.Overall the hotel just felt a little tired.

Liked: Great location and ok continental breakfast.
Disliked: A little dated, but clean. Coffee was appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful.
