Way overpriced stay and poor...

Liked: location is across the street from the main promenade by the beach. Also walking distance to the town
Disliked: messy rooms, main floor likely serves for guests with dogs or pets, as a result, a lot of pet hair is on sofas and everywhere. Also, the hotel feels empty, the restaurant is terrible, and the complimentary wine offered should be avoided.

Pleasant staff, was sooo expensive

Excellent except for the no...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.
Disliked: We paid cash for dinner. The next morning at breakfast we were told they didn't accept cash. The next morning the Starbucks wouldn't accept cash either. We were confused. I spoke to two reservations clerks and they were also confused!

Disliked: 130 dollars in taxes added to the bill. Was charged 40 dollars for parking on my bill and then charged again when I went through the gate, even though the desk clerk said that was going to happen. Also every hotel I have ever stayed at provides coffee complimentary, this place only has a coffee bar to pay for coffee. I expect a lot more coming from a Hilton: Infact I just stayed at a hotel last night at half the price that was excellent, where parking was free, rooms where excellent, coffee was on the house, and excellent service. I travel everywhere with up to 75 flights a year and unless Hilton changes somehow it will be the last time I stay at one. When we become successful we don’t just throw our money away. We have to be mindful of how we spend. This was a disappointing stay.
