Liked: Great staff and room / bed. No music or radio in bar ?due to Covid? which made it a little too quiet. In believe the Covid guideline is ?no LOUD music? so they should consider bringing background music back in.
Disliked: Menu limited due to Covid and therefore fairly quiet.

Liked: exceptional staff and service. Comfortable and welcoming. From a couple in Hants not knowing the welcome atmosphere during covid Thank You. We were able to enjoy our time respectfully and able to appreciate the beautiful blessed country that we live in

We had a great time.
Liked: Room 5 was wonderful as it had a small sitting area and outside access for our dog. The breakfast and dinner were lovely, great service too.

Liked: The room we got after upgrading was really nice . Spacious , comfortable and very clean . Bedding, towels - all very good . Dinner was also very good .

Great Accommodation, Good Food, just...
Liked: Great room, friendly waiting staff, have stayed several times. Good food.
Disliked: When I booked the room it included breakfast, At dinner I was told I had selected breakfast and was asked to pre order (good service and good breakfast), when paying the next day over the phone I was surprised by the bill, I mentioned breakfast was included and I was told in no uncertain terms that it wasn?t in a very rude and abrupt nature and it had not been included in the price for several months, now I may have made a mistake on this occasion (don?t think I did) but the gentleman I spoke to didn?t even check. I stayed there only four weeks earlier and it had been included. They have lost a repeat customer.
