Don?t miss out
Liked: For about the same rate or less the Eldridge offers a taste of history and elegance. Beautiful building, immaculate huge rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. And located in the heart of historic downtown Lawrence on Mass St. Starbucks right across the street. Restaurants and shops.

Liked: The ambience of the Eldridge is clearly upscale 1920's. We loved the restaurant, lobby and hotel bar.
Disliked: Parking. We were told that due to COVID that there would be no parking service. We were left to find our own parking.

Location good, amenities not great
Liked: The location is the best feature, right on Mass Street. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room is big. The room service was quick, and we liked the food from the restaurant (paninis).
Disliked: One of the beds in the double suite is next to the air conditioner, and it is loud. There is no coffee maker. The sofa was ripped. The light switch for the bathroom turns on a set of lights in the room. The room in general seemed like an afterthought. The building doesn't have a parking lot.
