Liked: Great location. To have our stay in hart6for my hubbies birthday on st patrick weekend of celebrations. Not too far from the train station .places to get food .shopping and pubs all short walking distance from the hotel ..the Sunday carvery was absolutely amazing five meats .Turkey. pork .gammon beef.lamb .sausages.yorkshire puddings.stuffing.and all the veg .sweetcorn.turnip.sweet potatoes. Roasted potatoes. Parsnip. Cabbage.mash potatoes. Broccoli. Cauliflower cheese. Mushy peas.carrots and gravy 👌 😋 and could have extra and gravy boat 10 out of 10
Disliked: Room was not ready so had to wait till sorted another room even when we did let them know we would be arriving around 8.30 pm and paid in full up front just short of 100 pound for two adults for two nights room only . but due to delayed public transport arrived around 9 pm room.alternative room was not cleaned .no milk or coffee to have a cuppa .bedding dirty .floor un hoovered and dirty. Bathroom dirty broken.stained. toilet hard to flush shower dirty and lime scale hole in ceiling draws dirty inside curtin dirty ..But saying this the manager did sort us out the room fairly quick to two stay in and invited us to have our dinner on him the next day which was lovely of him .and which he was not wrong it was the best Sunday dinner we've had in a very long time .we would go back just to have the Sunday dinner 10 out of 10 .and as for the room he was updating the rooms to which they had new carpets installed while we were out for the day and the bathroom are going to be renewed also and rooms updated so will be nice to see how much it has been improved when we visit again in the future

My husband didn't stay!

Liked: Still waiting for a refund. Complained to booking.dotcom and sent pictures to prove how disgusting the room was. Cannot get an answer from the hotel group with my complaint. Had to rebook 4 days with another hotel as it was so bad
Disliked: Not clean in bathroom or bedroom at all ...from a filthy shower and urine in the toilet to dirty bedding, broken fixtures in the bathroom, broken window, drug parafinalia on the wardrobe and dirty carpet.
