Great little stay and nice...

Liked: Great breakfast and very comfy room. swimming pool was nice touch. staff were fantastic
Disliked: was impossible to park as arrived on a sat night but staff went above and beyong to help find a space (receptionist even moved her car for me!)

Wouldn't stay here again, dirty,...

Liked: The hotel was warm and looked nice on the outside
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible. Bacon was tough the sausages were the cheap horrible kind. The tea was grey and weak. Many stains on the carpet floor. Hotel was dated. Ants near the hot tub. Mold around the bathroom. Just a poor finish on maintenance repairs around the hotel.

Liked: Location and the staff were excellent.
Disliked: We stayed in Room 43. It has a huge bathroom. The second sink was clogged and we had to remove the sink filter for the water to be drained. Need some attention to the shower on the bath tub and also to the shower curtain. Difficult to have a shower as it split water everywhere even though the curtain is there. When we spoke to the receptionist she said all other rooms with the same category also has the same bathroom. There was a damaged small bin in side the bathroom. It was bent all around. Always it has to be opened by hands. Also give some attention on the second bed. The mattress is not comfortable.Please give some attention on above.Thanks

Fine but if you want...

Liked: Friendly staff, rooms were clean but a little dated.
Disliked: Noise from function kept us awake both nights. Not great when the purpose was for a relaxing weekend away.

Not value for money

Liked: dinner was better than expected in a very strange lydecorated restaurant.
Disliked: Room (lodge) was dated and in need of update especially the bathroom.at this price.
