Disliked: Was told the bar stays open till 11pm but was shut at 10pm on a Saturday night

Disliked: The fight in the room next door. Ruined our stay. The breakfast was really good. The staff were nice and helpful and friendly. The room was modern but had a dreadful view and I think the window glass should be frosted so the room can allow daylight in without seeing the horrible depressing mess and run down building outside. I really think the woman in the hotel room next door was being physically assaulted as she was actually screaming at the man in her room. It was so awful and It went on for ages until a member of staff intervened and we could hear him telling the couple they would not get a refund. It was in the early hours of the morning and we were so tired.

Disappointing due to freezing cold...

Liked: Room fairly clean,fairly comfortable. Staff friendly and approachable
Disliked: Shower in both rooms impossible to get to suitable temperature. Only 1 set of towels with a note to ask for more, but surely when the room is booked for 2 people, 2 sets should be provided.

Disliked: There was no hot water at all apart from the sink and it was uncomfortable having a shower to wash hair etc

Liked: Lovely spacious room, a lot of charm to the place and town centre location
Disliked: It needs abit of updating regarding the windows in the room and only offer continental breakfast which not much choice for the cost.
