Great location, great ambiance
Liked: A room on a towboat on the Mississippi River. What can you say? The boat is a tad bit shabby but clean and comfortable. Hospitality was excellent and the location is really great, right across the Wabasha Bridge from downtown St. Paul. You can't beat the views from your window or the feeling of being on the water. We will definitely visit again. Did I mention the cute freindly dogs?

Liked: It is a unique place to stay on the Mississippi River in St. Paul. My sister and I stayed in the pilot house, it has a 360 view. It was fantastic, I highly recommend it.

Liked: The view was spectacular. When I went to bed at night the lights of downtown St. Paul were dancing on the river. When I opened my eyes first thing in the morning right out my window was the skyline bathed in sunlight and my head was still on the pillow. There was a cozy fireplace and two comfortable chairs waiting for us in our room when we returned from a show. It was a unique and satisfying experience staying at The Covington Inn Bed and Breakfast: )

Liked: Liz is very friendly and accommodating. The property is cute. It was -2 outside, but we were nice and cozy on our room below deck.
Disliked: The bedroom door didn't latch closed. Being a bed & breakfast with a locked entry way and being in a rush to and from for the Super Bowl, it wasn't a big deal to us & we never got a chance to mention this to Liz. Also, the bathroom door stuck on the floor when trying to open & close. Not a big deal, just more of an older property quirk.
