Our stay started off great...

Disliked: The staff not knowing any English, the staff not being helpfully

A good place stay for...

Liked: The room felt quite upbeat with nice creature comforts and attention to detail with the bedding, sofa etc. A good location to Heathrow and London with the underground nearly just outside. I would imagine pre-covid the hotel bar and restaurant get quite busy and lively and looked a nice place to spend an evening with a choice of sports bar type tv's or quiet booth areas and good tables with window views to spend fun times with friends etc.
Disliked: Nothing really, just picking, a weird toilet roll holder position but not exactly much to write home about now is it!

Liked: Location was ok. Close to underground and some nice restaurants around
Disliked: I left my jacket and they said there was none.... So house keeping is not reliable in my opinion

Did exactly what I wanted,...

Liked: Room was clean and modern. Bed was good. Great shower.
Disliked: Breakfast a bit underwhelming. The use of a croissant with fried egg, beans, mushrooms and tomato (undercooked) was bit odd. Vegetarian options not really up front and centre.
