Liked: Was very convenient to central city and the train station - beautiful bathroom and comfy bed
Disliked: The room really needs a small fridge at least as there was no where to keep milk for the tea and cooling wine/beer. There was plenty of room to put one under the bench

Great location, top class facilities.

Liked: The location in central Dunedin, close to the Octagon, restaurants and shops was excellent. The corner room we were in had a great outlook and despite looking over two streets and a busy intersection, it was not noisy.The comfort of the room was excellent.The separate bathroom was good with a great shower. The kitchen section was well designed and easy to use with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher and well organised shelving and cupboards. It meant we could eat-in when we wanted to. The sitting room area was spacious and comfortable. Our Dunedin stay was made very comfortable, being there for 4 nights.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Disliked: Didn't realise when booking parking was extra (sure it said but not clear at time of booking) and the carpark had a very low roof, our Ute had a lot of trouble getting in, only really suitable for smaller vehicles
