Liked: The potential to be a really lovely hotel. Great central location.
Disliked: We booked a suite with balcony and essentially got a large room with a balcony. The room I'd actually booked was next door and not made up. Also arrived at the hotel to be told there was no breakfast. So, a disappointing start. The room was clean and comfortable but honestly tired looking. It's a lovely hotel but it needs a bit of updating.

Beautiful hotel but needs renovation

Liked: Very grand old building and that’s lovely to see now. the staff on shift were very friendly and accommodating .
Disliked: It was very tired and needs updating no breakfast and the bar was lacking in drinks and snacks.the room was huge but tired and very dated BUT CLEAN

Liked: Great location. Hotel very different with its own unique collection off paintings and stuffed animals.

Liked: The location was great and the hotel has so many beautiful features. The room was huge and really welcoming.
Disliked: That the hotel is cashless. I would like the option to use cash. It would put me off staying again.
