Liked: This is our second stay. The hotel is decorated in a very ornate old English style which is fun. Our room was again very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient for visiting family in Los Gatos.
Disliked: The housekeeping service was a little spotty this time. They apologized and said they were understaffed so we will give them a pass this time, as everything else was great.

Always pleasant, consistent experience.

Liked: Excellent parking. Helpful desk clerk. Quiet room. Spacious room. Windows open, for fresh air. Good mini fridge.
Disliked: I was surprised to see a dog in the breakfast room. Maybe limit animals to the rented rooms.
