Liked: I loved the comfort and style of this hotel. The shower was impressively powerful . I was doing my whistle-stop tour of England visiting family and this was by far the best hotel. The village is a very typical picture postcard english village . A perfect base to explore Devon and Dorset.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike here .

Comfortable bed and good shower....

Liked: I would have liked fruit for breakfast, as it was on the menu, but was not offered.
Disliked: The room smelled very musty. I gathered the room hadn’t been used for a while. After opening the windows for several hours this became better. Old buildings need a lot of airing.

Liked: property was excellent very clean tea coffee in abundance biscuits as well replenished every day daily cleaning the breakfasts were excellent cooked fresh a la carte cant fault it in any way brilliant break
Disliked: not that i didnt like a bit remote wouldnt think suitable for children it suited us
