nice hotel in the heart...

Liked: location good, restaurant elegant and good service, well appointed rooms which are spacious, comfortable beds.
Disliked: do not get a room that faces kennedy plaza as it will be very loud from very early on - traffic, buses, vagrants.it is also rather expensive for Providence.

A lovely property that overall...

Liked: There was no breakfast, but we loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. We also loved the cleanliness, size and style of the shower. The bed was super comfortable!
Disliked: The bathroom floor was cold. The service in the private club on the roof was appalling. We arrived 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, but were ignored until about a minute after the kitchen closed. There was NO flexibility in getting us a late night dessert.

Pleasant stay with modern and...

Disliked: Would be nice if the night lamp next the bed to had it's own on/off control. The main switch by the door/bed controlled all the lights in the room.

Liked: Kevin at the front desk was awesome, had a great attitude and went above and beyond to make my girlfriend and my stay great!
Disliked: If I had to choose one thing, no way to reheat our leftovers from the resturant was a bummer! But nothing to change what I thought of your beautiful hotel
