It is a beautiful and iconic hotel, some of the additional hidden fees and taxes are ridiculous.
Liked: Great hotel, great location. Staff is very pleasant.
Disliked: Hidden fees for everything. They should just be included in the price of the hotel. No preference for guests versus people just visiting for the day.

A major disappointment
Liked: There was no breakfast. One glass of Chardonnay was $43.00. Food options were virtually non-existent. We were very disappointed.
Disliked: Everything. The walls were thin. We could hear people using the toilet in the next room. Food options were terrible and there was no breakfast at all.

Liked: The enclosure and more gentle atmosphere. The valet are adorable. They were so delightfully fun and efficient. The service staff was wonderful. Robert at The Cottage was my favorite.
Disliked: Disrespectful staff as soon as there is an issue. Dismissal of concerns. As soon as something is brought up of legitimate concern with security their attention turns foul. It was like dealing with Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. People who stay there require strict attention to security. Theirs is lax and their security staff is disrespectful.
